Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at customercare@dolache.com to request cancellation.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of damage/defect must be provided via email with clear images.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
